Things could go right in life, but they so rarely do. So, I go with the flow and laugh at my misadventures as often as possible. Laughing hurts a whole lot less than stabbing yourself in the eye with your knitting needle. I know, I've done both, literally - the latter was unintentional. I'm not a masochist you know.

Finished!!
OK, I need to finish weaving in a couple of ends, but other than that, I'm done. I'd left those ends just in case I wanted to resew the sleeves, but I think I'm going to leave them. They look better blocked and should be OK once the sweater has been washed a few times. So, enough chat, here it is...
ETA: See how nice and sunny these pictures are? That's because it's 90°F out today. Just in time...
The cables all turned out great! What, no modeled shot on a 90 degree day. It was nearly 100 here for two days last week, now we are back to civilized may weather.
So pretty! Looks so warm and cozy and the cables came out great! :)
ReplyDeleteIt looks lovely, I really like it in the grey

ReplyDeleteOh, it's gorgeous! And I'm sure it will be wonderful to wear--next winter.
ReplyDeleteIt is beautiful! I haven't been knitting much lately, but you've inspired me. I've got the yarn. All I need is the motivation!
ReplyDeleteYou heard right. We've had beautiful weather in the valley. I had a sweatshirt on tonight.
